1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Organized LA website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Organized LA provides professional home organization, custom storage solutions, and related consulting services in Los Angeles County. Services are provided at the address specified during booking and are subject to availability.

3. Booking & Scheduling

All projects begin with a free consultation. After your consultation, you will receive a custom proposal with pricing. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your project date. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your project up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date without penalty. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a 25% rebooking fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 14 days of project completion and we will return to address your concerns at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Organized LA is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to items or spaces, or for the value of donated or discarded items approved by the client.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. NDA agreements are available upon request. We will never share photos or details of your home without your explicit written consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Referral & Affiliate Programs

Referral credits are earned when a referred client completes a paid project. Credits do not expire and can be applied to any Organized LA service. Affiliate commissions are paid monthly for verified, completed projects. Organized LA reserves the right to modify program terms with 30 days notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design systems, is the property of Organized LA and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
