What happens during the free consultation?

We visit your home for 60 minutes to assess your spaces, understand your lifestyle and goals, take measurements, and discuss design preferences. You will receive a custom proposal within 48 hours.

How do I know which package is right for me?

During your free consultation, we assess your spaces and recommend the best package based on the number of rooms, complexity, and your goals. Refresh is ideal for a single space, Transform covers multiple rooms, and Luxury Reset is our whole-home white-glove service.

Do I need to be home during the project?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access and we handle everything while they are at work or traveling. We are licensed, insured, and NDA-ready.

Services & Process

How long does a typical project take?

A single closet or pantry takes 1-2 days. A multi-room project takes 3-7 days. Whole-home transformations take 1-3 weeks. We always provide a timeline upfront.

Do you provide the storage products and containers?

Yes. We source, purchase, and install everything. All products are included in your quote. We use premium brands and custom solutions — never cheap bins from big-box stores.

What do you do with items I no longer need?

We coordinate donations to local charities, handle consignment for luxury items, and arrange eco-friendly disposal. Nothing goes to waste unnecessarily.

Can you work with my interior designer?

Absolutely. We frequently collaborate with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure our systems complement the overall design vision.

Pricing & Payment

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. Your quote includes everything: labor, products, installation, styling, and follow-up. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for larger projects. A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remainder due upon completion. Details are covered in your custom proposal.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your project date with no penalty. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled start date.

After the Project

How do I maintain my organized spaces?

Every project includes a personalized maintenance guide. Our Transform and Luxury Reset packages include follow-up visits. We also offer seasonal maintenance plans.

What if I am not happy with the results?

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, we will come back and fix it at no additional cost.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Our seasonal maintenance service includes re-organization, product replacement, and seasonal wardrobe transitions. Luxury Reset clients get maintenance visits included. Ask about pricing during your consultation.
